Analyzing Cellulose strictures using Bio3d

Hi I am using Bio3d package in R ver 4.1.2 x64 I want to analyze cellulose structures via RMSD and RMSF tool I keep getting dim(x) must have positive length error I used " #print(dcd) " and "#print(pdb$xyz) " and I do have negative XYZ coordination's in my data which i cannot delete but the second coordination's are positive I thought maybe Bio3d package is not able to analyze Cellulose data and that's why i keep getting this error Can you please guide me through this or tell me if the package is able to analyze this kind of data ?
