Team player dropdown empty

So basically, the "Select a Player" box in the Teams menu is empty of users once people start to arrive. This happened on both versions I attempted, 1.7.4 and 1.8 Beta 2. It's most likely a problem caused by another add-on, but I can't find any evidence in the console. I tried resetting/rejoining the minigame, no luck there.

Occurs when the client using the GUI is not in the minigame.

Team member list is now fetched from the server. Resolves #200.
