Issue #13 invalid

Atticus created an issue 2012-10-07

After a turn using the Solar Converter, I had 0 ore and 9 fuel. I believe I had the Lem Badlands bonus at the time. My next turn, I still had 9 fuel available.

Odd. Are you absolutely certain that you didn't have the Resource Cache?

Ah I bet I did. It probably discarded the excess fuel, then gave me a fuel at my next turn. Not sure how you're handling cases here, but this is resolved as a non-bug from my end. Thanks!
