Removal of Isolation field on Burroughs Desert

If Burroughs Desert is controlled by the active player, and a Booster Pod is used to remove an Isolation Field from that location, the relic ship will not become available for purchase if the active player already has sufficient resources to purchase it. I have played the game to completion 6 times and observed this problem twice.

This can be bypassed by the active player placing another colony on Burroughs Desert later in the turn. Alternatively, if the active player seized control of Burroughs Desert that turn, they can undo their actions and redo them in an order that removes the isolation field first before a colony is placed there for control.

I do not know if this problem exists if the player does not have sufficient resources to buy the ship when the Isolation Field is removed but later gets sufficient resources. I also do not know if the problem exists if a Stasis Beam is used to move the Isolation Field instead of the Booster Pod removing it.
