Want CanGetTemperature boolean for cameras

Not all cameras can tell us how warm they are, so in order to elegantly remove camera temperature elements from the UI, we need a test for their presence; a la CanSetTemperature() which is what we use to determine if it has a cooler.

    can close this. We present -- for the value if the temperature is not available from the camera.
