Issue #1083 resolved
Acapulco Rolf created an issue

Description

Hi George

I've installed and am using the newly released Hocus Focus plugin this evening

Have been getting on well with the plugin up until now, getting well shaped hyperbolas across all of my filters during autofocus

After installing the latest Hocus Focus build today I get the error message as attached

Screen capture attached

N.I.N.A. logs attached for reference

Hocus Focus saved AF also attached

Steps to reproduce

  • start N.I.N.A.
  • select “Load Saved AF“ option from Hocus Focus aberration inspector window on the imaging page

Versions

N.I.N.A. 2.0 BETA048

Hocus Focus plugin 1.11.0.27

Thanks for the report! Hocus Focus v1.11.0.28 contains a fix for this, and I used your saved AF run to validate it.

    Thanks George

Hocus Focus v1.11.0.28 update now installed and the error now no longer occurs

I do however now observe a new unhandled exception when clicking through the “tilt corner measurements” table in the aberration inspector UI as circled in red in
the screen captures attached (for the same saved AF)

    N.I.N.A. logs attached for reference

Another nice find! I didn’t realize I needed to declare the table “readonly” in the code. I’ll do that. In the meanwhile, don’t double click it 😅

Hi George, FWIW, as a data reference point for my setup I'm including here the image tilt inspection result from Hocus Focus and also from ASTAP

The Hocus Focus tilt inspection is from the HF auto focus that took place at this timestamp: AutoFocus_20222602_214135 (HF logs attached and HF screen capture attached)

The ASTAP tilt inspection is from the sub that was captured directly after the HF autofocus (ASTAP screen capture attached)

Link to HF logs and screen captures below
Screen captures also uploaded here on this ticket
