Reference Date doesn't change at noon

There’s something wrong with ReferenceDate and it’s confusing. If I’m looking in Sequencer at the targets sidebar, the display doesn’t change at any point (from noon to 12:20 so far); the chart shows the previous day, basically, and the Now line disappears. Charts don’t appear to be updated in SkyAtlas either.. The ReferenceDate for DSO’s also doesn’t appear to ever get updated (well, 20+ minutes so far), even when pulled fresh from SkyAtlas (enter, for example, M1; the various matches all use yesterday’s reference date).
