Suggestion: Keep Camera Cool Trigger

Issue #1099 resolved

A suggestion for possibly a bit of a niche case:

For cooled cameras, when doing a sequence that involves fast exposures such as building a set of flats, or biases, or anything with short periods between downloads, the cooler cannot keep up, and I have seen temperatures on my ASI6200MM rise as much as 8 degrees C, which is enough to start changing noise characteristics.

I work around it by interspersing cool-camera instructions, and by sometimes breaking up exposures into smaller groups, when they are under a few seconds, but it would be nice to have a Keep Camera Cool trigger, which just picked up the current camera setting as default, and after each exposure if the temperature varies by more than 1C (I say that based on what I think it uses now as a tolerance) it pauses until the cooler catches up.

To make the sequences more reusable it would be very nice to not have a specific number be required, but default to the current equipment page setting.
