Unable to set Readout Mode

Issue #112 resolved
Former user created an issue

NINA currently does not set readout mode on cameras that have more than one mode. I was able to reproduce this issue using an FLI ML16200 camera, which has two Readout modes. 12 Mhz Focus Mode (fast) and 2Mhz mode (slow). All frames in NINA are being taken at 12Mhz, which cannot be overridden at the ASCOM driver level.

I verified in SGP that the ASCOM driver is properly changing the mode and that frames were being taken with the appropriate Readout Mode in SGP enabled/disabled.

If a camera has more than one mode, the camera settings page should allow the user to set the appropriate mode for the frame type they are taking. Typically one would use the slow mode for Light, Bias, Dark, and Flat frames, while using the faster mode for focus, plate solving, or framing.
