Add option to make choice whether to sync mount location permanent

Hello,

I have following improvement suggestion:

Problem: Every time I connect my mount (10 Micron) the dialog below pops up and I have to make the same selection.

Solution: Add an option as drop down where I can select “Mount to NINA”, “NINA to mount”, “No sync”, “ask”. so backwards compatibility is given.

Background: The mount gets its position via GPS. The values differ always by a tiny fraction, so the location is never ever equal to what is stored within NINA. Therefore the dialog pops up every time and the same selection has to be made. This becomes a problem, if you have a mount connect in our sequence, which is running unattended. This requires manual interaction.
