Suggestion - Abort capture if poor guiding

I think it would be very nice to have an option to abort exposures we already know are going to be bad. For example, if guiding error is larger than 3 arcsec for 3 guiding samples, cancel capture and start again.

This can be achieved with the Phd2 Tools plugin using the 3.x version
