SharpSky Pro Focuser not connnecting

Former user created an issue

SharpSky Pro Focuser Unable to connect. LED on USB Hub swiches off and I get an error message. Screen print attached. Loads and run ok on my normal capture software Prism V10.

    Hi,

    to be able to analyze this issue, could you please set the Loglevel inside the options to TRACE, try to connect to the filter wheel and then attach the generated log file as a comment.
    Log files are created inside the folder %localappdata%\nina\logs
