UI crash while panning image when new image downloads

The UI hangs and becomes responsive if the user is zoomed in and starts panning around the image with the mouse cursor and a new image downloads from the camera. This occurs when looping short exposures or if the user happens to be panning the moment the next exposure in the sequence completes.

That's not a crash. It's just loading the image into the control, which takes some time. I haven't found a way to do this completely async without introducing other issues yet.
