Pausing a sequence pauses PHD guiding and resuming does not unpause PHD
Issue #142
resolved
I encountered this tonight. i was 3/4 way though a sequence which i used NINA to activate my guiding with and i decided to pause it so i could manually initiate an autofocus routine to see if it would change anything out of curiosity, nina paused PHD guiding when it paused the sequence and upon resuming the sequence PHD stayed in a paused state and i could not figure out how to unpause it in both PHD and NINA. I would expect NINA should have unpaused guiding before resuming the sequence but it did not and there is no manual command that i can find that will unpause it in this state.

Yea I've had a couple of users describing similar problems with the pause/resume of phd. I don't know the reason why there is no way to unpause this state in phd2 itself. As a workaround I want to change the pause logic to not use pause, but rather just stop guiding in phd. Similar to what is done during meridian flip.
