Settle time between autofocus focus adjust and next frame capture
Autofocus in NINA is just too efficient and fast - for focusing systems that actually cause some shaking in the optical system (such as a camera lens belt focuser), because NINA autofocus is so fast, the scope is not yet stabilized by the time the next autofocus exposure starts.
This leads to stars trailing fairly randomly, and thus throwing off the results of the HFR measurement.
Need to exposure a focus settle time to users, which would occur between focus adjustment and next autofocus exposure.

repo owner This could be done similar to telescope settle times. So it won't be autofocus specific, but each time a focuser move command is initiated the settle time will be also considered on each move. This would then be a setting on the focuser settings and not the autofocus.
