Focuser manual control buttons

Several users have asked about manual focus buttons:

For IN and OUT, coarse and fine focusing.

Interface is pretty cluttered already though.

For the number of steps in the Fine and Coarse buttons, right click -> configure could be used (or something like that, not needing to use space in the options screen). But I'm kind of leaning towards reusing the autofocus step setting, since it should give a good approximation of a fine change, and then go to fine * 5 or fine *10 for coarse. No further configuration needed, no need for users to think about it, it just works (tm).

Fine = autofocus step setting / 2 rounded up Coarse = autofocus (step setting / 2) * 10

Focuser panel in Imaging could use a rework anyway.
