Binning when platesolving

Reported by CN user: the plate solver in the Imaging tab lets the user bin the image. However, the one in the Options (e.g. the one used in the sequence) doesn’t let you specify binning, and will use 1x1. This can be an issue for software like PS2 apparently, and for slower computers.
