Better support for creating sequences without connected gear

If I have previously created a profile with all my gear but later start Nina without the gear connected, it would be helpful if Nina remembered the particulars of what that gear was capable of. Primarily I’m talking about the camera parameters.

I use an ASI1600MM Pro and if I use Nina’s native driver and the camera isn’t connected then Nina sets the camera to none. Now I can’t create a sequence with binning, gain or offset specified without hooking up the camera.

This makes it challenging to set up a sequence earlier in the day when gear may not be convenient to hook up to the computer. If Nina remembered the particulars of my camera then creating complete sequences when the camera is offline would be a lot easier.

1.10 beta allows for gain and offset to be set even without any camera.
