DSLR Image Display

Issue #253 closed

When a DSLR image is shot, and the image is saved and displayed, it would be much quicker to just pull the JPEG that is contained in the RAW file, and display that instead of having to de-Bayer the Raw file and then apply a stretch to it.

The JPEG is already in color with the non-linear stretch applied.

Raw files are proprietary formats which are not officially documented. Additonally there are camera dependant quirks in those formats. Furthermore the jpg is compressed and won’t suffice for proper image statistics.
