Add option for autofocusing before platesolving.

I regularly forget to focus before starting a sequence and platesolving fails. It would be slick if the HFR analysis feature ran on the platesolve image first to determine if focus needs to be done before attempting a plate solve.

Alternately, just forcing an autofocus before initial platesolve at the start of a sequence would be useful.

This will be part of 1.11 as part of the new sequencer, where you can set up the order of operation in whichever way you prefer. The first iteration of this new sequencer will soon be available through nightly builds, therefore marking this as resolved.
