Latitude/Longitude in Settings should sync to the mount if possible

I expect the Latitude and Longitude to be synced to the mount if the mount provides that information via ASCOM in a two-way sync if possible

Next version will show a prompt if NINA's values should be synced to the mount in case the mount supports that and differs from NINA's values
