Need a dealy after slewing. (wait for some to align) Fast platesolves shoot inside of dome

After a flew - often the dome slit has not found and aligned with the scope yet. NINA jumps into plate solve. (like after a meridian flip as well). The solve bomb because there are no stars when the slit opening isn’t aligned. It can take up to 30 seconds for my slit to come around after a meridian flip. I’d love a delay wait time to allowed to be an option here.
(OR dome support using ascom drivers) that way the software and look at scope and dome az and can wait until they are aligned.

Same happens when moving from one target in a seq and moving to the following target. (slew - platesolve to center and no stars as dome has not aligned yet).

What you’re looking for may already be there. See the Settle time after slew option under Options → Equipment → Telescope. The value is in seconds, so I would suppose that you would want to put 30 in there.

Note that this applies to every slew action, even if it’s just a slew of half a degree. Yes, full dome support would be the true solution here, but until then this will have to do.

Yes I see delay after slew (5) and also someone pointed out (support) delay after flip. Which needs to be 30 to wait for the slit to flip with scope. Should server me well! I also sent in a donation last night. (more to come as the program advances but I’m using it now instead of SGP and it’s a blessing.
