With Nikon D5300 - Nina exposure timer does not start <=30 seconds until after exposure

On my Nikon D5300 if the image is <=30 seconds. The camera begins exposing, but the download timer in Nina does not begin until the camera completes the exposure.

This hint in the log may be the result:
