Option to turn on cooler automatically when connecting cooled cameras

Issue #307 resolved
Former user created an issue

A great feature would to include in a camera's profile is the option to auto turn on cooling to a specified temperature.

Currently, there is a warning when a sequence is executed, warning a user that the camera's cooler isn't turned on. The users then has to navigate to the camera, turn on the cooler, wait and then imaging sequencing can commence.

By having the cooler automatically turn on when the camera is connected avoids user frustration and gets a person imaging sooner.

would it even be possible for it to maintain the same cooling level it had prior to connection? That way it wouldnt have to warm up and cool down again, if it had been cooling in previous use (ie NINA crash, or use in firecapture). Connection seems to reset the power level to 0%, from which it creeps up again.

This will be part of 1.11 as part of the new sequencer. The first iteration of this new sequencer will soon be available through nightly builds, therefore marking this as resolved.
