the camera seems correct connected, cooling parameters are o.k.(temperature and fan) - but there is only a black image, independence of gain and/or exposure time.

Is the image also black when using the stretch and on the statistics panel are all statistics showing as 0?

If not this is due to the raw format of the camera and that it only has values in the 12 bit range.
In the nightly builds for Version 1.10 we have added recently an option to bit shift these values into the 16 bit range, like it is done for other cameras (e.g. zwo cams), which will also reveal the image content inside the preview without stretch.
