Temperature settings QHY23 camera fails

Hi,

I've connected my QHY23 camera with the native QHY driver form NINA without any problem and alle camera properties are read in a proper way, INCLUDING the current sensor temperature.

But when the cooling is switched on the camera lowers it's temperature as fast as possible to 0 C, whatever the settings of the Target temperature and the Min Duration Time and cannot be changed. This decrease is must too fast and it seems the parameters voor the Target Temperature Setting and Minimum Time Durations are not processed in a proper way.

After Switching Off, after this errornous process, the sensor temperature increases rather slowly, but al last even exceeds the environmental temperature !

In this way my camera could de damaged and I'm not able to use NINA !

I hope this bug can be fixed !
