Faile to do a meridian flip

First time this has come up. I am using nightly #032. I have used the same release for the past two nights and last night the meridian flip never occurred. The target, settings and equipment are identical from night to night. The flip was supposed to happen at about 21:18 . I had to force a flip at 21:18:49. I am including the log from the 19th which is the night of the missed flip and the log from the night before. The successful flip on the 18th happened about 21:19:11.

Please consult the documentation about the meridian flip settings. When set incorrectly flips won’t happen or fail.
