Framing tab drop down window will not go away

Not sure how to describe this bug, but in the framing tab the 'Name' input opens a live drop down window menu of close targets to your inputs. After I select one, the drop down window remains stuck and floats above other application windows. I have noticed it in quite a few of the 1.10 nightlies and happens in #031, #032 and #033 See example below.
