NINA created QHY163m XISF files unreadable in PI1.8.8

Description:

With Nighlty #35, the XISF files I create with QHY163m camera produce an error when opened with PI1.8.8-1

Camera, laptop and other equimpent has been working fine previously. Only changes (known) were updating NINA

Steps to Reproduce:

Take any shot in NINA nightly #35, copy to imaging laptop and try to open.

Expected Behaviour:

No error. ASTAP opens the files fine.

Actual Behaviour:

As per decription, opening files creates error.
