Allow for multiple cameras to shoot in parallel

Since I will be soon starting to shoot with 2 cameras attached I need a solution with which I can use NINA to control both cameras at the same time. Suggestion here would be group the Camera/Filterwheel/Autofocusser and create a second group for a second camera. Imaging window should be cloned for the second camera to see the preview there with history and so on for the second camera. Sequences should be able to select the camera in the sequence with which I would take the shot from, defaulting to camera 1. Alternatively splitting the sequence view to show sequence for camera 1 and camera 2 separately. Ideally dithering would be synchronized if possible, but that is not a necessity.
