Change priority of "Close Alnitak Flip-Flat" at end of sequence

Currently at end of sequence, NINA parks the scope, warms the camera, and then at completion of camera warming, closes the panel.

If/when any issue occurs with either the mount or the camera, the panel never closes. If the panel were to close first, then park the scope, and then warm the camera, any hangups in the process would not leave the scope “open”.
