Auto-Meridian Flip does not occur for north/ lowest transit (northern hemisphere)

Description

When tracking an object with auto-meridian flip enabled, NINA does not appear to recognize a meridian transit to the north (at the low point) as needing a meridian flip. Once the southern meridian is passed, time to meridian is set to 24hrs from then.

Steps to Reproduce

• enable auto-meridian flip
• connect mount (EQMOD)
• track object
• wait for object to pass lowest point and pass meridian to the north
• nothing happens

Expected behaviour

expect an auto meridian flip on the N and S meridian transits. Flip every 12 hours, not 24.

nothing?
