Allow binning for each filter in multi mode for Flats Wizard

Really lazy suggestion but for the flats wizard would be good if the hardware binning could be chosen in multimode for each filter e.g. do RGB in 2x2 and Lum in 1x1. Like I said phenomenally lazy. Presently if using my CCD I am doing a 2x2 RGB + 1x1Lum run I have to perform the flats in two different actions. Would be nice to have it all set up as one Flats Wizard run.
