Planner module

Issue #552 resolved
Ara Jerahian created an issue

As a user, I would like to be able to save a list of planned, framed, and/or sequence-defined targets to a “planner” within NINA. With a great Star Atlas and Framing module, I keep wanting to save targets crossing my path in something I would call a Planning module. It would present itself in a list like the Star Atlas does with an altitude chart for each target, with my saved targets. The saved targets may be as simple as only having an RA/Dec defined, or one which has been fully framed, mosaiced, with sequencing items defined for it. That way, when I'm done with a target, I can easily find which one is next best visible from my location and hours of darkness and pop it into the sequencer when I'm ready for it, with the exact mosaic framing, rotation, etc. I know there are 3rd-party planners out there (AstroPlanner, SkyTools, etc.), but I find a planning function within NINA to be a natural extension and complimentary to NINA's offering and direction.

A list of saved targets with filtering by relevance is available in the advanced sequencer of upcoming nina 1.11
