Set rotation in image FITS (and probably XISF) file header

When using manual rotator the image rotation is saved in the sequence and displayed in NINA, but the rotation saved in the header is always 0. I suggest setting ROTATOR or ROTATANG to the rotation angle set in the sequence.

This is normally the case with ASCOM rotators; I’ll check out the manual rotator code and see why it’s not recording the angle
