impossible to guide to slew to coordinates less than one degree

In the telescope slew controls “targetRA / targetDec” fields it is impossible to input a negative zero.

The fields accept 0, 1, 2, 3.. and -1, -2, -3… but not -0

This is required in order to reach coordinates between 0 and -1.

Workaround:

Slew to 0 or -1 and then manually correct
