Suggestion for getting sensor temperature from DSLR image

For users (like me) who are using a DSLR for their acquisitions, it would be nice to get the DSLR sensor temperature. For Canon DSLR, this temperature can be read fom EXIF metadatas as “CameraTemperature” entry after image is shot.

Programs like ExifTool can pull the sensor temperature out of the RAW file.

This value could be added to the filename of the image in order to facilitate management of lights subss and corresponding darks subs shot at same sensor temperature.

Duplicate of issue #590, long story short is that we can’t read EXIF data and the camera does not provide the data itself.
