HFR History needs min & max scale value for 2nd axis (stars detected)

This is super minor, but it just goes toward making a more polished product.

In the HFR History, the # of stars detected axis often shows only 1 value, usually displayed in the middle of the axis. The challenge here is, with one value, I don’t know what the next axis marker above or below represents with regard to scale. That is, I usually don’t know if a drop in stars detected is going from 1000 to 990 or from 1000 to 500. This is best illustrated by the attached screenshot. The good thing is the value is displayed when I mouse over the data point.

This has been resolved in 1.11 later builds with the revamp of the HFT history graph.
