Retain Previous Window Location and Size

It would be nice if NINA recorded the last origin and dimensions of its application window upon exiting and then restored that upon the next launch, similar to how other Windows applications operate.

Alternatively, maybe provide some way to define these parameters in a config file so NINA always boots up with the window in a desired location and size.

This would make it unnecessary for the user to have to do this every single time NINA is launched.
