Add ability to show/set temperature units in Fahrenheit

As the person who is responsible for the weather in imperial units option in NINA, I’ll register my opinion on this as well.

I feel that my adding that option was a mistake, and NINA should be standardized on SI units for input and display in all cases. At the time, and working within the context of meteorological data, I thought it would be helpful to provide a display option of such info in Imperial units for those who are used to receiving their weather reports in the same. However, in retrospect, I think all accommodations for Imperial units ought to be removed and NINA made to adhere in totality to the lingua franca of astronomy gear in general, and of the scientific world specifically, which are SI units.
