Add a way to sort targets in a sequence

If I have multiple targets in my sequence, it would be nice to be able to sort by transit time so I can run my sequence in some type of order. My use case is that I really only have a view to the east and approximately an hour or so past the meridian, so I am always imaging objects in this order (transit time)

In 1.11 there is a target list side panel where you can store targets for imaging. These can be sorted by relevance which accounts for most uptime for the night.
