Canon DSLR, pixel size and camera size (X, Y) not available.

When using a Canon DSLR, the pixel size and camera size (X, Y) values are not available. Tested with Canon 1100D and Canon 1200D.
See attached image. The problem is also present in HF2 and nightly version.

Yes, you need to supply these values. Unlike the SDKs for astro cams, the Canon (and Nikon) SDK does not provide this level of information. In fact, a program can’t even ask it what the dimensions of the camera’s images will be, you have to take an exposure and measure it to know even that. At least NINA can figure that out on its own, but there is no way to infer physical pixel size.
