Option to allow dome slews only in between integrations

Issue #917 resolved

I know we discussed this already in the chat, but I thought it would be good to post and explain it here.

Currently the dome is slewed whenever required according to the dome settings, regardless of the camera status. In my case, having a 450kg dome, a dome slew does affect the pier and mount, even though that pier stands on a concrete floor one floor below the observatory. It would be great to have an option to disable dome-slews during integrations (i.e. the dome azimuth only being checked during download of the image), so that those are not affected by the dome vibrations.

As there are users with lighter domes and that may do longer exposures this option should be optional to allow dome moves in those cases where it is absolutely necessary.

In addition it would be great if the dome could be slewed to a location ahead (by the tolerance amount) of the scope, so that the number of dome-moves could be even further reduced. This of course would require to calculate the trajectory the scope is following, so that a comparison to the current dome azimuth can be made.

Finally it would be good to have a settle time option, so the mount can settle for a number of seconds after each dome slew.

Thanks for looking into this,

Nicolàs

Although I still need a clear night to fully test it, the dome-slews-in-between-imaging is implemented (in the advanced sequencer). Many kudos to @Jokogeo for this.
