It would be nice to be able to use the same plan for multiple nights.

But I need to take calibration frames after each session, so being able to reset the progress on a those rows would be nice.

In this case you should either increase the total exposures for that specific sequence item or delete and re-add it. Modifying internal calculations of already done exposures is not a good idea and can lead to instability.
