Autofocus panel dropdown does not contain recent automated auto-focus only manually invoked

In NINA nightly (up to 178), if you are running auto-focus manually (i.e. click the button in the panel), then that AF run will appear in the drop down list. If your sequence runs an AF from a trigger (and probably from an explicit AF now instruction though I did not test that), then that AF run’s data is not visible in the drop down.

@Jokogeo speculates it is the different process context and not refreshing the list from disk.

It’s probably plenty fast to refresh the list when the drop down takes focus?
