RFE: Display Date/Time (UTC) the page (snapshot) was generated.

I think a nice addition could be to display (preferrably at the top - esp. since there is space for it) the date/time the page was generated.

This is probably more important for the ones not allowing/using JS, since with JS enabled you have the countdown timer.
