Cleaning up the top bar

The top bar of the site feels a little clustered to me, especially on a smaller monitor where all of the text doesn't line up correctly (see image). It might be nice to use some dropdown menu's to hide away some of the options in the top bar. Moving some of the items to a section on the bottom of the page could also help.
