When you have been logged in for a certain amount of time, I suppose there is some kind of auto logoff feature, but when this happens, you are not fully logged off. The application starts asking for your API key, and it says that you are still logged in. Everything is back to normal if you relog.

Not a high priority bug to fix, but it is still worth fixing

I've been able to recreate an issue where if I change settings on my mobile and go to desktop they are not showing even after refreshing the browser. I need to log off and on again before it appears.

Yes, because settings are stored in the sessions. This should be fixable.
