Monster level is not always reflected correctly

I wanted to just reopen issue #5, but it seems only the creator or the repo owner can do that, so I figured I'd just create a new one and someone can merge it as a duplicate.

Team ID 169101 has two Kalis in it; the second one shows up in game and on PadHerder as being level 97. However, in PadSpike, it's level 98.

I prefer the old behavior to this, since I'd rather have the tool underestimate than overestimate, although it's probably not a huge deal.
