Only display enemy type fields if there are Killer awakenings

Since the enemy type only matters if at least one monster has a Killer awakening, I was thinking we could unclutter the UI somewhat by making it so that we only display the type select boxes if a Killer awakening is present.

Similarly, we could display only as many type boxes as there are types of Killer awakenings. That is, if the team only has God Killer awakenings, we only need to display one box (either the monster is a God or it isn't; we don't care about anything else). If we have both God and Machine Killer awakenings, display 2 boxes, etc.
